Here it is. The before/after video of my colonic. It’s not gross…PG-13, but only due to my potty mouth. Check it out, I hope you laugh instead of cringe.

I am definitely glad I did it. And four days later, I feel better. I’m much more conscious of what I eat…mostly fruit and veggies and I’m completely satisfied. My appetite as a whole has drastically shrunk, which is a good thing (this is also a result of my 5 day L.O.V.E. Fast). I was consuming way too much before. I never thought it was possible, but I don’t even eat as many cookies. Huh! Far from cured, but a step in the right direction.

Sandi and Tom from Release, thanks for being informative, and oh so gentle. I will see you soon. And videographer, wow, you’re a trooper!

I mucked around and figured out how to push my Loopt posts to Twitter, making my life easier since I only have to post from one location/device/website (it also posts to my Facebook status!).

Sync your Loopt to your Facebook Status (go to Loopt FB application, share something, under “Say something witty” is a link to sync your Loopt to your FB status).
Get your FB Status RSS feed (go to your Profile, click “Show All” next to your Mini-Feed, click on “Status Stories” from the list on the right hand side, copy the link at the bottom right hand corner under “Subscribe to these stories: My Status”.
Add your FB Status RSS feed to TwitterFeed. Meddle with the options to your desire.
Now your Loopt will post to Twitter! Yay!
